On behalf of the directors and officers of the Heatherstone Community Homeowners Association (HCHA), welcome to the neighborhood and to the official HCHA website. Our hope is that our website will provide important information to all the HeatherStone homeowners.
The Heatherstone community is situated approximately 30 miles west of Chicago, Illinois in the City of Naperville. To visit the Heatherstone community, travel on I-88 and exit Route 59 and proceed south 7 miles. Turn right onto 95th Street, and then right onto Deering Bay Drive.
FISCAL YEAR 2012 HOMEOWNER ASSESSMENT: $190.80 January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 ** Assessments are DUE - April 15, 2012
In order to process a Paid Assessment Letter, the Heatherstone Community Homeowners Association requires a formal request that includes the following:
1.) Property Address being sold 2.) Seller(s) Name(s) 3.) Buyer(s) Name(s) 4.) Buyer(s) Email Address 4.) Closing Date
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to process your request and verify that all assessments are paid in full. A fee of $35 will be due at the time of closing. A "RUSH" fee of $100.00 will be charged for any Paid Assessment Letter required in less than 10 business days.
